"Na Jia" is a very famous Chinese restaurant in Beijing. It was founded in 2004. Since its establishment, it has devoted itself to the inheritance of Chinese traditional culture. I think the most classic dishes are as follows:

（1）Ms Tofu, fried, covered with fish seeds and sauce; it just melts in the mouth, leaving endless aftertastes

（2）Amber Fried shrimp, crisp and tender
|

（3）Soy-braised pork, Sweet but not greasy. Cherry on top and spring bamboo shoots on the bottom. It tastes very good.
